Group Class Workout Descriptions




Hybrid Method Cardio
A healthy mix of cardio movements meant to keep the heart rate up and build endurance. We will interchange traditional, progressive, and quick yoga moves, mix muscle groups to prevent fatigue. The golden rule: keep moving no matter what.
Total Body Dumbbell Burn
Weighted exercises strengthen the entire body, while active resting periods keep the heart rate high for a bigger burn. Expect legs, shoulders, arms, back, chest and the rest.
Concrete Core
A core-based workout utilizing front and back body lines. We work the core all the way around and up and down. Standing, plank, prone and supine exercises provide a complete workout that will stabilize the body, prevent injury and enhance overall performance. Advanced students may benefit from the effect of dumbbells.
Vinyasa Yoga
This practice is the synchronization of breath and movement which allows a smooth transition from one pose to the next.
